Texlipse offers an environment for LaTeX editing. Key features include: syntax highlight, command completion, bibliography (BibTeX) completion, outline navigation, automatic building, and more.

Installing this plugin

This plugin is not shipped in any distribution. You must manually install it on an EasyEclipse distribution. No other installation will be needed, because this plugin has no dependencies.

Getting started

Help is available for this plugin, in the Help > Help Contents menu in EasyEclipse.

You can start with creating a LaTex project, by selecting File > New > Project, then Texclipse > LaTeX Project. This lets you add sample (templates) files. You can then edit the files, and, if you have installed TeX installed, compile them to PDF or other formats.
